Order Procedures

Choose an item of your choice and e-mail us at universal@live.com.sg to make your order. Please state the item number/name and name.

1. Once a confirmation e-mail is sent, the item of your choice MUST made within 12 hours.

2. Make a payment by transferring the stated amount within 24 hours.

3. E-mail us the payment details as stated in the confirmation e-mail and expect to receive your item.

- Postage prices will vary (depending on the weight). Normal charges will be FREE per item, $0.50 extra for each additional item.

- Registered mail is always encouraged (it costs $5 more on top of normal postage).

Terms & Conditions

1. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, please be assured that every item is checked thoroughly before posting.

2. We are not responsible for any LOST & DAMAGE mail

3. For ATM transfer, please retain your transfer receipt until we have confirmed your sale for verification purposes.

4. Kindly e-mail us within 12 hours if you wish to cancel your order. If payment is not received within 12 hours, the item will be sold to the next buyer.

5. Items are sold on a first pay first serve basis.

6. All items are delivered via SING POST only. We DO NOT entertain meet ups.

7. Strictly via emails only. We do not entertain any phone calls and will not call our buyers.

8. for normal mail: We do not advise buyers to opt for normal mail unless you're willing to risk your item. Normal mails CANNOT be tracked at all. Your mail might go missing or the postman sending it to the wrong address accidentally. If you do not receive the item within 7 days from payment, please call 1605 to enquire about your item status. We will not be held responsible should items go missing during delivery.

9. Do note that mails take about 2-3 days to reach you. Please note that this time period may vary when a peak/festive period arrives.
